How are we here already?

It’s the final week of our #LSFHolidaySurvival Challenge and Christmas is only two weeks away!

This is when things get crazy. All the holiday parties really get started and our routines easily get pushed to the wayside – if we let them!

But that’s not us. We’re stronger than that!

So, when it comes to maintaining your holiday routine you need one simple thing… Determination!

If it’s important to you, you WILL make time for it. It’s not always easy, but YOUR worth it!

You have to CHOOSE to make space for your healthy habits if you truly want them to stick.

Your Holiday Routine

As we dive into full holiday mode I want you to stick to the habits you’ve been building this month and focus on 3 things:

Your Nutrition: =Plan your dinners. Prep your breakfast. Choose your treats!

Your Workouts: Wake up 15-30 minutes early to get them done. Break them up if you need to. Lean on Team LSF for encouragement when you’re not feeling it.

Yourself: Take time for you! Get at least 15 minutes of self care each day. Set boundaries and keep them. Enjoy your time with family and friends!
